A simple test

If your use would violate a rule, agreement, reasonable expectation, or someone’s rights without VerbaCue, the app does not make it acceptable.

1. Use where permitted

Follow applicable law and the policies of employers, interviewers, educational institutions, meeting platforms, assessment providers, clients, and other participants. Give notice and obtain consent where required for audio processing, transcription, or AI assistance.

2. Prohibited deception

  • Cheating in exams, assessments, interviews, or evaluations where assistance is prohibited.
  • Misrepresenting another person’s work, identity, qualifications, experience, or statements as your own.
  • Impersonation, social engineering, fraud, or manipulating someone into disclosing protected information.
  • Claiming an AI-generated statement is verified when you have not checked it.

3. Privacy and confidentiality

  • No unlawful interception, monitoring, or secret recording.
  • No submission of trade secrets, health information, financial credentials, authentication secrets, or other sensitive data unless you are authorized and it is necessary.
  • No violation of confidentiality, professional secrecy, privilege, data-protection, or workplace obligations.

4. Safety and rights

Do not use VerbaCue to facilitate violence, exploitation, harassment, discrimination, stalking, malware, unlawful surveillance, or infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights. Do not rely on cues as the sole basis for high-impact medical, legal, financial, safety, employment, housing, or eligibility decisions.

5. Service abuse

Do not bypass quotas, automate trial or entitlement creation, share or resell entitlements, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, interfere with service operation, scrape the service, or use it to develop a competing model or dataset contrary to applicable rights.

6. Enforcement and reporting

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access and preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect people or systems, or comply with law. Context and proportionality matter. Report concerns to legal@agentkey.dev.
