1. How to request the 30-day refund
Email bertonantoine@me.com from the checkout email address and include the Lemon Squeezy order number. Do not send the license key. The promise applies once to the first paid VerbaCue subscription charge, not to later renewals, duplicate purchases, or a payment already refunded. Approved refunds return through the original payment method under the merchant of record's processing times.
2. Statutory withdrawal rights
A consumer buying at a distance may have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from the initial contract. You can exercise it with any clear statement before the deadline, using the contact above or the model below. The more generous 30-day full-refund promise remains available even if you have already activated or used Pro, so it does not ask you to waive or calculate a deduction from that voluntary refund. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
3. Model withdrawal form
Copy and complete this only if you want to use the statutory withdrawal route:

4. Cancellation is separate
Cancelling stops future renewal and normally leaves Pro available until the paid period ends; it does not itself refund a past charge. Use the customer portal. A full refund instead ends the refunded entitlement.
5. Delivery and legal conformity
The free app download is delivered electronically. After a successful purchase, Lemon Squeezy provides the receipt and license information electronically so Pro can be activated without physical delivery. Any mandatory legal guarantee of conformity for digital content or services remains available. Report an activation or service-conformity problem to bertonantoine@me.com with the order number and exact symptom.
