VERBACUE SUPPORT

Start with the exact symptom.

Setup, permissions, sharing, AI limits, and billing—without asking you to disable macOS security.

01

The app will not open

Confirm macOS 14 or later, move the app to Applications, and use the verified release. If macOS reports a signature or malware warning, do not bypass it; contact support with the exact message.

02

VerbaCue cannot hear me

Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and enable VerbaCue. Choose the intended microphone under System Settings → Sound → Input, then run a local test.

03

The other speaker is missing

Live cues may require macOS Screen Recording permission to capture call audio. Confirm permission, restart the app after changing it, and test with headphones to reduce echo.

04

The overlay appears in a share

Stop sharing, then test a supported app/window sharing mode before continuing. Do not assume every recorder or capture method behaves identically.

05

An AI cue is unavailable

Check connectivity and the in-app allowance. Trial and Pro minute, daily, and monthly caps are deliberate. The local teleprompter continues to work when AI is paused.

06

License activation is pending

Wait for the retry time shown in VerbaCue, then choose Retry activation safely. VerbaCue continues only that same license request, so retrying will not create a duplicate seat. If it remains pending, email support with the support reference shown in the app—not the license key.

07

Privacy or deletion request

In VerbaCue Settings, copy the non-secret Privacy request ID and include it with your request so the otherwise pseudonymous installation can be located. Never send a license key or session token.

Email privacy@agentkey.dev.
